Javier Mateos
Javier Mateos was born in Madrid, Spain in 1975. He received his Masters in Fine Art (“MFA”) from the prestigious Complutense University of Madrid” in 2002 and has been painting professionally ever since.
Mateos is a deeply profound painter with conviction. He uses a range of oxidized colors in most of his works. His subject matter gravitates to architecture, geometric figures and abstractness. Javier has participated in many exhibitions throughout Spain.
His work is widely held in private and public collections in Europe and the United States.
