Jeanne Echternach

Jeanne Echternach grew up along the New Hampshire coast, but for the past 30 years, Colorado has been her home.  In her own words…  “Each artist’s brushwork is their unique fingerprint and gives their work its own personality.  My work explores the influence of color and how it affects the mood of the painting  Sometimes subtle, using a limited color palette, other times bold, my intent is to stretch the boundaries of what you see to something new and unexpected.  My focus is also on simplifying the whole painting while also achieving maximum impact.  I am most strongly influenced by work that moves more toward an expressive reality than more traditional representational painting.”  Jeanne’s work can be found in collections throughout the United States.
