David D. Fernandez

David Fernandez was born on Christmas, 1959.  He was educated at the Museo de Arte de Lima and the Escuela de Bellas Artes del Peru, in Lima, graduating with one of highest honors ever.

Fernandez is an avid reader and has made an intense study of the International “great masters” (Van Gogh, Monet, Cezanne, Dali and Picasso), as well as National artists such as Victor Humareda, Jose Sabogal and Leonel Velarde.  His particular focus is color, color temperature and perspective.

Fernandez’ works are widely held in well known collections throughout South America.
